  3. Design - develop the ideas for the product
  4. Test - work with engineers to develop functional prototypes that match the original designs, including details and features that fit the company’s brand
  5. Launch - when the product is released into the world

Characteristics of good user experience

  1. Unable - the design, structure, and purpose of the product is clear and easy to use
  2. Equitable - a design is helpful to people with diverse abilities and backgrounds
  3. Enjoyable - the design delights the user
  4. Useful - it solves user problems
