The three main values to look for when hiring - This is counter to looking at education an a set number of years of experience

1. Lived Experience - Personal knowledge about the world through direct, first-hand involvement in everyday events
2. Intellectual humility - Accepting beliefs and opinions could be wrong and low concern for status and an acceptance of one's intellectual limitations
3. Aptitude - A natural ability to do something
4. Hunger - An intense desire, yearning, or need for something
